Delivery Information
Standard Shipping: UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 — free on orders over £30, or a flat £5.60 below that. This service includes tracking and secure delivery.
Processing Time: Orders are packed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Tracking numbers are sent immediately upon handover to the courier. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
Secure Coverage
Standard Tracked 24 delivery is free on UK orders over £30 (a flat £5.60 applies below that) and includes insurance up to £150.00.
The Nordic Altar prioritizes order security. All domestic orders are upgraded to prioritized shipping to ensure full coverage.
Return Policy
Due to the clinical nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we maintain a selective return policy.
Sealed Products
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt only if the security seal remains unbroken and the bottle is in pristine condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Opened Products
Once a seal is broken, the product is permanently yours. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to contamination risks.
Damage in Transit
If an order arrives with structural damage (e.g., broken glass), please email photographic evidence to our support team within 24 hours for immediate replacement.
Patch Testing
The Nordic Altar provides high-potency products. Customers are advised to perform a 24-hour patch test before full use. We do not provide refunds for adverse skin reactions.
Personalised & Engraved Items
Custom or personalised engraving is made to order, so these items are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Standard, un-personalised items follow the return terms above.
